Welcome to New Zealand Games Limited. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
We sell trading card games, collectibles, accessories, and related products to customers in New Zealand and internationally.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where pricing errors, stock errors, supplier shortages, suspected fraud, or purchasing abuse occur.
If payment has been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
4. Purchase Limits
To ensure fair access to products, we may limit quantities on selected items.
Orders attempting to circumvent purchase limits may be cancelled.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-order release dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer, distributor, or supplier delays.
Product allocations may be reduced by suppliers. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order in full, you will be offered a refund for the affected item(s).
6. Product Availability
Inventory levels may not always be accurate due to system delays, supplier changes, or simultaneous purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders for products that become unavailable.
7. Trading Card Products
Trading card products are randomised by the manufacturer.
We do not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, rarities, grading outcomes, or resale values.
Opened booster packs, booster boxes, sealed products, and mystery products cannot be returned based on the contents received.
8. Singles and Card Condition
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe card conditions.
Condition assessments are subjective and may vary between collectors and grading companies.
Where product images are provided, they form part of the product description.
9. Sealed Products
Sealed products are sold as received from the manufacturer or authorised distributor.
Minor manufacturing imperfections, packaging variations, or factory defects may occur and are not considered defects caused by us.
10. Promotional Items
Promotional items, gifts, bonuses, and purchase incentives are available while stocks last unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to substitute or withdraw promotional items at any time.
11. Fraud Prevention
Orders suspected of fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, bot-assisted purchasing, reselling abuse, or other misuse of our services may be cancelled without notice.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding, remains the property of New Zealand Games Limited or its respective owners and may not be used without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
